ICSG: Global Refined Copper Deficit Eases in July

Global refined copper market was in a smaller deficit in July when compared with June, according to the ICSG.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 31 (SMM) – Global refined copper market was in a smaller deficit in July when compared with June, according to the ICSG.

Refined copper market was in a shortfall of 35,000 tonnes globally in July, versus June’s 70,000 tonnes. The shortage was 163,000 tonnes during January-July, versus 281,000 tonnes a year ago.
